Once your primary care provider submits a referral, we’ll get you scheduled as quickly as we can!  There is no cost for our services, which are supported exclusively by donors, volunteers and generous community partners.  

Please Note:

  • Persons with any type of health insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid (Badgercare), VA benefits, Workers Compensation or Medical Assistance are currently not eligible to receive services at the Specialty Care Free Clinic.

  • We are not able to accommodate any walk-in appointments.
